BIM is the first company in Vietnam using natural bacteria instead of chemicals in the shrimp farming process. By that, the quality of the shrimp is boosted up to comply with the most stringent export standards of Japan, European Union and USA.  

The company is also the first shrimp producer that breeds, farms and processes its shrimp in a closed environment ensuring the complete control over the quality and production capacity of its shrimp.  

Starting from the quarter 4th, 2006 BIM has also started mass farming of the Pacific Oysters in the Halong Bay and will soon expand its product offerings into other kind of seafood.
